A skilled builder with over a decade of hands-on experience, Jeremiah Taylor leads Taylor Construction’s on-site operations with unmatched attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Whether managing new home builds or overseeing high-end remodels, Jeremiah ensures each project is completed with precision and pride.
Now a proud Westcliffe local, Jeremiah is also deeply involved in the community. He serves as the youth pastor at First Baptist Church and coaches track at Custer County High School—mentoring the next generation both spiritually and athletically. He and his wife, Molly, are committed to serving the valley and investing in its future.

Sean Pena
Co-Owner | Client Relations & Business Development – Taylor Construction
With a background in business development and a passion for people, Sean Pena leads the customer-focused side of Taylor Construction. From initial consultations to account management and back-end operations, Sean ensures that every client is cared for with professionalism, transparency, and integrity.
A fellow Westcliffe local, Sean stays active in the community as a Bible study leader, head of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Custer County High School, and owner of a national sales and marketing business. He’s also finishing his first book. Sean and his wife, Taylor—who holds the title of Mrs. Westcliffe—are raising their two young children, Ryder and Ricki, with strong roots in the valley.
